Revolutionizing Church Multiplication with Movement System Coaching
The landscape of ministry is changing. To thrive in this new era, churches and organizations need to embrace innovative approaches to multiplication. A powerful strategy gaining momentum is the Movement System, a strategic training system designed to help churches and networks reproduce at critical points of multiplication. This system emphasizes collaboration with other churches to plant new churches and achieve Gospel saturation.
In 2024, NewThing launched its Movement System Coaching for organizations and denominations, marking a significant milestone in our mission. Throughout the year, we had the privilege of coaching four organizations that collectively initiated nearly 50 new networks. We have empowered numerous movement makers from Vineyard USA and the Wesleyan Movement with the skills to start, sustain, and scale networks. At NewThing, we define a network as a collaboration of four or more churches working together as friends on a mission to plant new churches.
Additionally, we are actively equipping, training, and coaching two denominations in the Movement System. Our aim is to provide these organizations with the tools necessary to reproduce disciples, develop leaders, and establish churches, fostering collaboration to multiply even further.
Although we are just at the beginning of this journey, we are enthusiastic about the opportunities to support movement makers worldwide through our Movement System Coaching. We look forward to expanding our impact and helping more organizations achieve their mission.
